OralFloraCare is operated by SkyTrail E-Commerce LLC, located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. We are committed to your satisfaction with our dietary supplement products. This Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy sets forth your rights and obligations, and our obligations and procedures, with respect to returns, refunds, and cancellations. Please read this Policy carefully and retain a copy for your records.
1. Overview and Commitment
This Policy is incorporated into and forms a part of our Terms and Conditions, which are available on our Website. By placing an order, you agree to this Policy in its entirety.
2. Wellness Journey Offer — Cancellation Before Billing
OralFloraCare invites you to start your oral wellness journey by covering only the shipping and handling fee of $9.95. Your ten (10) day review period begins on the date your order is placed.
TO AVOID BEING CHARGED THE FULL SUBSCRIPTION PRICE, YOU MUST CANCEL BEFORE THE END OF YOUR TEN (10) DAY REVIEW PERIOD. Cancellations must be submitted by contacting Customer Service as described in Section 6 and Section 10 below. Cancellation requests received after the review period ends will not prevent the subscription charge for that billing cycle.
The $9.95 shipping and handling fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, as it covers shipping, handling, and order processing costs for your first supply.
3. Return Eligibility
3.1 Eligible Products
Both opened and unopened product may be returned subject to the conditions and timeframes set forth in this Policy.
3.2 Return Window
To be eligible for a return and refund, your request must be initiated within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. The date of receipt is determined by the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier. Requests submitted after the thirty (30) day window will not be accepted.
3.3 Non-Returnable Items and Non-Refundable Charges
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- The $9.95 shipping and handling fee (covers shipping, handling, and order processing for your first supply)
- Outbound shipping and handling charges on any order
- Digital products or downloadable content (including the complimentary eBook)
- Product damaged due to misuse, tampering, or improper storage by the customer
4. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, you MUST follow the procedure below. Returns sent without following this procedure may not be accepted or processed.
Step 1 — Contact Customer Service
Call us at 1-386-456-3498 (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time) or email support@oralfloracare.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must provide your name, order number, billing address, and reason for return.
Step 2 — Obtain Your RMA Number
Once your request is verified, we will issue you an RMA number. Write this RMA number clearly on the outside of your return shipping package. Returns received without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Step 3 — Ship the Product
Ship the product (opened or unopened, in its original container where possible) to our fulfillment center at the address below. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package before shipping. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method with delivery confirmation, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Returns sent to any address other than the fulfillment center address above will not be processed and no refund will be issued.
Step 4 — Processing
Once our fulfillment center receives and verifies your return, your refund will be processed within seven (7) business days of receipt. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
5. Refunds
5.1 Refund Method
All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are not able to issue refunds to a different payment method or in the form of cash, check, or store credit.
5.2 Refund Timing
Refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days of receipt and verification of your returned product. Depending on your financial institution, additional time (typically three to ten business days) may be required for the refund to appear on your account statement. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
5.3 Partial Refunds
In cases where only a portion of an order is returned, the refund will reflect only the eligible returned items, minus any applicable non-refundable charges.
5.4 Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Initiating an unauthorized or unjustified chargeback may result in suspension of your account and may affect your eligibility for future purchases. 6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your ongoing subscription at any time by contacting Customer Service at 1-386-456-3498 or support@oralfloracare.com. Cancellation requests must be received at least two (2) business days before your next scheduled billing date to avoid that billing cycle’s charge.
Upon cancellation, no further charges will be made to your payment method. Your subscription benefits will continue through the end of the prepaid billing period, after which no further shipments or charges will occur. We will send you a cancellation confirmation by email. Please retain this confirmation for your records.
Cancellations do not automatically trigger a refund for charges already processed. To request a refund for a recently processed charge, please also submit a separate refund request pursuant to Section 5 above, provided the request falls within the return window.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Customer Service within seven (7) days of receipt at 1-386-456-3498 or support@oralfloracare.com. Please retain the product and all original packaging for inspection. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping charges where applicable, upon verification of the defect or error.
8. Lost or Undelivered Shipments
If your shipment has not arrived within fifteen (15) business days of your order date, please contact Customer Service. We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier. If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will, at our discretion, ship a replacement order or issue a refund.
If the tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, we recommend checking with neighbors and your building management before contacting us. We are not responsible for packages that have been confirmed delivered by the carrier but that you claim not to have received, unless a pattern of misdelivery is substantiated.
9. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to amend this Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Website or purchase of products after posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. The Policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your return and refund rights for that order.
